Works closely with the entire Digital Marketing team and business units to understand goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and develop Paid Search media strategies to support direct response, brand or consideration goals. Uses understanding of SEO, integrated digital channel strategies and how each channel is used to build the most efficient and effective marketing mix per program or campaign. Also requires familiarity with SEO best practices and the strategic optimization of performance between Paid Search and organic/natural search. This role will collaborate with web analysts to provide accurate, timely and consistent reporting and analysis across display, social, mobile, search and web channels. Role requires project data analysis, channel insights, testing and optimizations.Must be familiar with all digital paid media channels including paid social media and external agency digital media planning and management. Requires knowledge of different types of media planning, optimization working with an agency partner, reporting and analytics in order to reach the maximum plan efficiency and ROI. Requires being active on social media with a positive presence. Requires some experience working on multi:channel marketing campaigns. Working knowledge of paid media tracking systems (i.e. Doubleclick, DART, or AdWords),web analytics tools (i.e. Omniture) and Paid Media management tool (i.e. Adobe Media Optimizer). Excellent communication skills, including grammar and writing ability a must; requires ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences; ability to work in a fast:paced, team:oriented environment. Requires proficiency with programs used for visual and dynamic presentations including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Requires a BachelorA?s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, 2:3 years Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency experience with special focus on Paid Search.
