GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with new and existing clients on a continuous basis. The Sales Representative will support branch operations and respond to clients needs. Also, Sales Representative must be results oriented and demonstrate high sense of urgency and integrity.
Responsibilities:
:Generating new business by performing sales calls and prospecting local business opportunities.
:Converting leads to sales.
:Develop relationships with potential clients key decision makers for hiring contract staffing.
:Servicing existing business by visiting clients and building relationships.
:Attend functions and events to promote organization contract staffing.
:Developing and implementing appropriate sales strategies.
:Develops advertising programs in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
:Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and staffing needs are being met.
:Perform word processing and spreadsheet functions.
:Other miscellaneous job related duties.

REQUIREMENTS
:Minimum of 3 years verifiable staffing sales with concentration in production and manufacturing.
:Excellent customer service skills.
:Excellent communication skills.
:Microsoft Office experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
:Bilingual Fluent in Spanish, preferred but required.
