Managing Real Estate Broker - (Memphis) in Memphis, Tennessee For Sale

FirstKey Homes, a dynamic and successful private equity investment firm is seeking a full-time non-competing managing broker with agent recruiting experience for our Memphis operations. We are seeking an experienced Managing Broker /Sales manager who is passionate about real estate and well connected in and around Memphis. This person will work with our leasing agents to help them achieve their professional potential by utilizing our creative and progressive marketing tools. You will recruit lead and manage a group of agents to lease and manage a one owner operated portfolio over xxxx+ Homes in Memphis, TN. This position will set occupancy goals, coordinate and provide training opportunities and provide general guidance and support. You will also work closely with the construction and acquisitions team to value assets for capital improvement, rent pricing and valuation for sell or retain assets. Qualified candidates must have a TN Brokers License for a minimum of 2 years and be willing to obtain a valid Managing Broker's License upon hire. Real estate management & transactional experience a plus. Superior recruiting, marketing and managerial skills are a must.
