As a Sr. Identity Management Engineer for Insight, your first engagement will be onsite with one of our top Fortune 100 clients. Youll enjoy managing the day to day processes and projects associate with the Enterprise Access Management and Mobility Governance team. Youll perform identity management functions as requested through IDM tools like; Sailpoint, and Identity IQ. Youll ensure strict adherence with all departmental standard operational procedures including escalation of concerns to peers and managers.
In this role, youll use IDM tools, to manage access IDs and permissions associated with those IDs. Youll manage and coordinate any and all assigned tasks and projects to ensure that they are completed to customer satisfaction, on track and on time. Youll build test cases, regression test software updates to be able determine rootcause analysis on any issues to the Salepoint IdentityIQ system. Youll act as third level support and troubleshooting issues in the ticketing queues that need to be resolved.
If you have prior experience with Identity Management tools, are a quick learner, self:starter with strong organizational and communication skills, detailed oriented and proficient with MS office, apply NOW, youll be glad you did
