He went for further testing with SFARR's vet, and Doc started heart-worm treatment soon after he gained a few pounds and the cuts on his face and leg healed. He was rescued from a city shelter, and the animal control officer said he was a real sweetie. He 's happy to be safe and warm, and he loves curling up on the bed at his fosters' parents home. Doc has become pretty spoiled at his foster parents home. He loves the bed, and greeting anyone who comes in the see him. He is a really big guy and likes lots of love and playtime.
