From the design of his makeshift collar, it was apparent he was not a treasured family pet. The senior gentleman that spotted Romeo pulled over to the sidewalk,opened his car door and Romeo jumped in. Romeo is in a foster home with a very nice senior couple (late 70s). They are taking wonderful care of Romeo and love him dearly!!! They would like to keep him but the have several very small dogs that do not want to share their space with Romeo. Romeo has had his shots, been neutered and currently undergoing heartworm treatment. Romeo is cute, super friendly and as strong as an ox. He is around 2 years old and weighs 55 pounds.
