Tails and dewclaws have been professionally removed to AKC standards by our vet. Puppies are whelped on newspaper and will be on a solid routine when they arrive at their new homes. They have been dewormed and begun early socialization here with small children in a family setting. Several puppies from previous litters have been trained and certified as Delta Therapy dogs. The Standard will make an excellent addition to any size family as they are highly intelligent, easy to train and are excellent companions & watchdogs. Our dogs have blended into families with cats, horses, small children, even apartment dwellers. They are groomed during regular spa days and will be accustomed to the sounds of the clippers and dryers. They will have experience with ear cleaning and toe nail clipping.
